NO MORE SNOW!

Since we have now exceeded by two the number of snow days built into our calendar, March 30th, Good Friday, will be a half day with dismissal at 11:20.  As of today, the last day of school for students should be June 20th.

BOOK STUDY

Here is a wonderful opportunity for you to support your child’s learning, while gaining a clearer understanding of how education works.  Leslie Blake Davis is facilitating a Book Study group for CBRSD families in April and May. BECKET OUTDOOR CENTER

On Thursday and Friday next week, students will be going to Becket Outdoor Center. Grades K-2 will attend on the 15th, and Grades 3-5 on the 16th.  Please dress your children appropriately for the weather as they will be outside. In addition, they will need to bring a lunch and snack. Let us know ahead of time if this is a hardship.

BIG Y

Here’s an opportunity to help our school just by doing something you have to do all the time. If you sign up for the Big Y Education Express Program, you will earn points for our school just by doing your regular grocery shopping.  We can redeem those points for supplies and equipment that our children will use. WAHCONAH BUILDING PROJECT

Don’t forget that the Wahconah Building Committee will be hosting a Community Workshop at BWS on March 29th at 5pm to give our families the opportunity to get information, ask questions, and provide input into the design of a renovated and/or new Wahconah.

PTO MEETS ON THE SECOND MONDAY OF THE MONTH
