EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
We are excited about two after school programs happening at Becket Washington School this
spring. Sign up information will be coming home, but to give you a heads up, there are two
separate opportunities. Starting on Monday, April 2nd, IS183 Art School will be offering a
Learning through the Arts program for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade here at
BWS. And, beginning April 10, Meredyth Babcock will again be running the Stream Explorer
program on Tuesday afternoons for 4th and 5th graders. These programs are both made
possible through the availability of local grants programs, and the generosity of our PTO.
