BWS FAMILY DANCE PARTY IS NEXT WEEK!

Please plan on joining us on Friday evening (4/13) from 6:30 to 8 pm.  The fifth graders are
working with the PTO to put on a Fabulous Fifties dance for young and old! It is sure to be
a great time, and all are encouraged to dress in the style of the fifties. Tickets are $3 per
child, or a family is $8. (Adults will not be charged.) Refreshments will be available.

MCAS 2018

The fourth and fifth grades have finished their ELA MCAS testing. Third grade will complete
theirs Tuesday and Wednesday (4/10 and 4/11) of next week.  Math MCAS testing takes place
in May.

BOX TOPS CELEBRATION

Mrs. Griffin’s 4th grade earned a PTO sponsored pizza party by bringing in the most box tops.  
Congratulations!

REPORT CARDS

Report cards for Grades K-5 should go home with your student today.  Please return the signed
slip in the envelope provided.

UPCOMING SCHOOL GATHERINGS

We will have two school-wide gatherings in April.  The first is April 13th at 2pm where students
will share the dances they have been working on in Physical Education.  The second gathering is
scheduled for April 27, also at 2pm, where fifth graders will be making “Joyful Noise” with
poetry for more than one voice.
